ISLAMABAD, Aug 15: A privilege motion moved by Chaudhry Anwar Ali Cheema regarding the alleged indifferent attitude of Pakistan Postal Services director-general Agha Masood Hassan was taken up at the meeting of the standing committee on rules of procedure and privileges here on Friday at the Parliament House.

The meeting was chaired by MNA Sardar Nasrullah Khan Dreshak. The response of the Ministry of Communication to the alleged accusation was discussed at length and it was unanimously agreed by the committee that the privilege of a senior parliamentarian was definitely breached and would be taken up for a decision in the next meeting.

The meeting was also attended by MNAs Raja Mohammad Asad Khan, Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Ghulam Ali Nizamani, Malik Amin Aslam Khan, Israrul Ebad Khan, Qazi Abdul Quddus Raja, Zeb Gohar Ayub, and Chaudhry Anwar Ali Cheema. The meeting was adjourned to be held at a later date.
