LAHORE, Aug 9: Punjab Health Minister Dr Tahir Ali Javed has said the government will provide the latest training to the paramedical and other staff to enable them to offer best possible treatment to patients.
He was speaking to the office-bearers of the Paramedical Staff Association (PSA) here on Saturday.
Dr Tahir said the government was training the paramedical staff to meet the modern day requirements.
He said the health department would formulate a uniform policy on the service structure of paramedical staff in the province. He asked the PSA office-bearers to submit their recommendations in this regard.
He told the office-bearers that the department would soon update the curriculum of the Punjab Medical Faculty. He said the educational qualification for admission to different courses of paramedical staff would be enhanced.
