HYDERABAD, June 30: The Water and Sanitation Agency has announced here on Monday that it had decided to receive payments of arrears in installments.
Wasa recovery coodinator said that from July 15, special teams would carry out door to door checking about the payment of the bills.
He advised the commercial consumers to pay their arrears by July 15 if they wanted to avail 10 per cent rebate.

su exams: The controller of examinations, University of Sindh, on Monday notified that those having domicile/permanent residence certificates of provinces other than Sindh or have passed their last examinations from boards/universities of provinces other than Sindh could not appear in examinations of 2003 of bachelor’s and master’s degree programmes of the university as external candidates.
WORKSHOP: A workshop on “Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy” was held at the Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro, on Monday.
The department of urology of the university had organized the workshop in collaboration with the Pakistan Association of Urological Association.
LUMHS vice-chancellor Prof Jan Mohammad A.Memon was the chief guest on the occasion. Faculty members, postgraduates and house officers attended the workshop.
WEB DEVELOPMENT: The Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science, University of Sindh, will hold a four-week web development training programme for staff and faculty members from July 14.
The programme is designed to provide basic training of web development, including designing, uploading and maintaining a website.
