KARACHI: Weather turns pleasant with drizzle

KARACHI, June 29: The weather turned pleasant on Sunday, when it drizzled in some localities of the city.

The met office told Dawn that low clouds caused a drizzle in some localities of the city. He added that the drizzle was too little to be recorded by the apparatus of met department.

“The pleasant weather will remain in place in some areas of the city for a couple of days. It will keep on drizzling in the evening and early morning for a few days. However, it is not possible for us to determine in which areas it has drizzled,” the met department official admitted.

In the meantime, the residents of North Nazimabad, Gulshan-i- Iqbal, Federal B Area, Shah Faisal Colony and surrounding areas told Dawn that their areas witnessed drizzle on Sunday evening.

The meteorological department has forecast cloudy weather with chances of drizzle for Monday.
