KARACHI, June 20: Can a division bench of a high court hear revision against the orders of a special judge (Customs and Excise) or does the revision lie under jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Pakistan?
This question will be considered by a division bench of the Sindh High Court, comprising Justice Sabihuddin Ahmed and Justice S Ali Aslam Jafri, on June 26, during hearing of bail applications filed by Abdul Rashid and Abdul Majid, owners/directors of the Universal Gum.—APP
