KARACHI, June 11: Adviser to the Chief Minister on Information Salahuddin Haider has clarified reports giving an erroneous impression that powers have been transferred from Sindh governor to Sindh chief minister through amendment in the law.
A handout said that a notification regarding the replacement of word ‘Governor’ with ‘Chief Minister’ was issued soon after the induction into office of Chief Minister in Sindh.—PPI
