Two children hurt in explosion


QUETTA, April 20: Two children were injured in an explosion in the border town of Chaman on Sunday, levies officials said.

Zarif, 15, and Racema, 7, were playing in a street adjacent to the Bora Bazaar when a device exploded, injuring the children. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

In another incident, unknown people hurled a hand grenade at a school in the Satellite Town on Saturday night, causing damage to the school boundary wall and a bus. No person was injured in the blast.—Correspondent
