WASHINGTON, March 1: The United States sent its condolences to families of two policemen killed in Karachi during an attack on the US Consulate on Friday.
“We extend our deepest sympathies to the families of the victims and we strongly condemn this attack, said State Department spokesman Richard Boucher on Saturday.
Paying tribute to deceased police officers, the US State department spokesman said “These were Pakistanis serving their nation but also helping protect a US facility.”—PPI
