PESHAWAR: Registration refused

PESHAWAR, Feb 22: The fate of Gomal Medical College (GMC) Dera Ismail Khan is still in doldrums as the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) has refused to recognize the college.

The GMC did not fulfil the requirements of PMDC and future of about 200 students is at stake, it is reported.

Sources said the administration of Gomal Medical College had applied to PMDC for college registration which was denied for the consecutive second year. There are 50 students in each year’s class. — Bureau
