Man electrocuted

RAWALPINDI, Feb 9: One person was electrocuted while trying to catch a kite in Waris Khan area on Sunday, police said.

Kamran, 22, a resident of Chah Sultan was electrocuted while his brother suffered shock when they attempted to catch a falling kite whose metallic string was stuck up in high tension electric wire passing in front of their house.

Meanwhile, Shafat Bibi, 55, died when a passenger wagon hit her on Islamabad Highway on Sunday, the police said.
