Zardari shifted to Pims

RAWALPINDI, Jan 26: Asif Ali Zardari was flown back to Islamabad from Karachi on Sunday night after attending the funeral rites of his spouse’s stepmother, official source said.

Asif, who was released on parole for three days on last Tuesday, was brought back to Islamabad amid tight security by PK- 308.

Source said the former senator was shifted to the PIMS soon after his arrival. His daughter Asifa had accompanied him to after his release on parole.
