Body of woman found
RAWALPINDI, Jan 17: A body of a woman was found lying at a deserted place in Fauji Colony on Friday.
The Pirwadhai police said some passers-by spotted the body and informed them. They said the woman was believed to have been murdered as there were injuries to her forehead. However, nothing else was found which could help them trace her family.
ROBBED: Four robbers entered a recruiting agent’s office near Mareer Chowk and looted Rs493,000 and other valuables on Friday night.
Mushtaq Ali told the police that four persons walked into his office and held people present there at gunpoint. They then snatched Rs493,000, two video cameras and three mobile telephone sets from them and escaped.
