KARACHI, Jan 12: Sindh Chief Secretary K.B. Rind has asked social and cultural organizations to set up libraries and book centres to inculcate ‘book reading habit’ among the citizens.
“It is obligatory to enhance publication of books, magazines and journals to fulfil thrust for knowledge,” he stated in a message to the Mohibb-i-Watan Naujawan Society for their periodical.—PPI
