3 more Sindh ministers allotted portfolios


KARACHI, Jan 4: The remaining three ministers of the Sindh cabinet were on Saturday allocated portfolios.

They are: Irfanullah Khan Marwat (Education), Altaf Hussain Unnar (Revenue) and Dr Saeeda Malik (Women Development).

Meanwhile, cabinet members Syed Sadruddin Shah Rashdi, Iftekhar Choudhry, Shoaib Ahmed Bukhari, Bashir Ahmed Qaimkhani and Manzoor Hussain Panhwar met Sindh Chief Minister Sardar Ali Mohammed Mahar.

During the meeting they reiterated the pledge to solve the problems of the people on priority basis and said they would use all available resources for the progress of the people of Sindh.

They observed that there was no dispute or confrontation on the allocation of portfolios to the ministers as these had been allotted after consultations with all the coalition partners and under unanimous decisions.

They said there was no truth in the newspaper reports being published in this regard.—APP
