KARACHI, Dec 19: The administrative judge of the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC), Justice Shabbir Ahmed, Thursday admitted the challan of a case of kidnapping for ransom and transferred it to the ATC-III for regular hearing.
The prosecution had presented the challan against two accused, Farhan and Shahzad, in a kidnapping case in the Gulbahar Police Station limits, in which the accused had kidnapped a one-and-half-year-old baby, Isha, on Nov 28.—APP
