KARACHI, Dec 19: The secretary sports, tourism, youth affairs and social welfare, Ashiq Hussain Memon has been transferred and posted as secretary, Irrigation. Abdul Hameed Akhund has again been posted in Mr Memon’s place and assumed the charge on Wednesday.—PPI
