Singapore trade team due in Jan
KARACHI, Dec 19: A trade mission of Singapore will visit Pakistan from January 12 to 17, 2003, to offer display and warehouse facilities to Pakistani exporters in Singapore.
According to reports reaching Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) from Singapore here on Thursday, the delegation will hold meetings with Pakistani officials, members of FPCCI and other chambers of commerce and industry in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
Following the visit of Singaporean mission, a trade exhibition of Pakistan has been planned for Singapore which is coincided with the inauguration of Pakistan Trade Centre, being constructed by M/s Olivine Megnatics Ltd Singapore.
The centre will market the entire range of Pakistani products in Singapore and the ASEAN region.
These decisions were finalized after the conclusion of a conference on “Business Opportunities in Pakistan” in Singapore on Dec 16.—APP
