Trade bodies greet new cabinet

KARACHI, Nov 25: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has congratulated the members of the newly-elected Cabinet.

In a statement issued here on Sunday, FPCCI president Iftikhar Ali Malik assured full cooperation and support to new Commerce Minister Humayun Akhtar Khan and other members of the cabinet so that the government and the private sector continue to work together.

In a separate press release, president Lasbela Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yakoob H. Karim has welcomed the newly-elected prime minister and requested him to take steps for increasing private investment in Balochistan.

Chairman Pakistan Chemicals & Dyes Merchants Association Iftikhar Ahmed Vohra has also felicitated the new commerce minister.
