KARACHI: Eight cars, 15 bikes hijacked

KARACHI, Nov 17: Twenty-three vehicles — eight cars and 15 motorcycles — were either hijacked or stolen in the city on Sunday, police said.

Three cars were hijacked. Five others were stolen.

The cars were hijacked/stolen in Shareefabad, Ferozabad, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, North Nazimabad, Kharadar, Defence, and Bahadurabad.

Five motorcycles were hijacked. Ten others were stolen.

The motorcycles were hijacked/stolen in North Nazimabad, Samnabad, Korangi, Kharadar, Baloch Colony, Soldier Bazaar, Orangi Town, Buffer Zone, and Pak Colony.

Police also claimed on Sunday to have recovered three stolen cars (KC-3859, ABM-082, KP-2937) and five motorcycles (MNQ-7029, JMA-5714, KCW-8994, KAG-3977, and KCW-629).
