KARACHI, Nov 12: The University of Karachi on Tuesday declared the results of BL (first year) and LLM (previous) annual examination 2002.
A total of 1450 candidates appeared in BL first-year examinations, out of whom 615 were declared pass. The pass percentage remained 42.41.
As many as 167 candidates took the LLM (previous) exams, while 63 of them got through, with a pass percentage of 62.28.
Results of 33 candidates of BL exams were withheld on account of unfair means. Mark sheets are being issued, said a university notification.
CEREMONY: The KU Computer Science Department will hold a certificate-distribution ceremony of “Computer Networks” programme in its premises at 11am on Nov 13, adds PPI.
KU vice-chancellor Dr Zafar Saied Saify will be the chief guest on the occasion. The programme had been initiated in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology.
ADMISSION: The Department of Special Education is introducing BA (Hons) and Master’s programmes.
The subjects for BA (Hons) include Concept in Special Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, Disabilities, Curriculum and Teaching with Special Needs.
