ISLAMABAD, Nov 7: The leaders of the local trade bodies have asked the government to change the existing tax collection system.
In a press release issued by Traders Action Committee (TAC), Islamabad, Ajmal Baluch, Organising Secretary of the TAC, said: “Now is the time the traders get united against this unjust system.” He further said literacy rate in Pakistan was extremely low and it was impossible for the uneducated traders to keep record of daily transactions and satisfy the auditors after every three or four years.”
