PSF chief visits camp

ISLAMABAD, Nov 6: President of Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) Air Chief Marshal Mushaf Ali Mir visited the junior players in training at the Roshan Khan courts Wednesday.

Mushaf told the players, preparing for the World Junior Championship in Chennai this December, that the federation would extend them full

support provided they put in their best. “We will go all out to help you,” he was quoted as saying by a spokesman for the PSF.

He also witnessed the trials being held for selecting players for the Junior British Open coming up in January. As many as 30 boys are appearing in the under-19/17/15/13 age brackets.

Mushaf later visited the site for the gymnasium being built by the PSF in the premises of Pakistan Sports Complex. Work on the project that will have one all glass court with provision for another four courts, is due to start after Eid.

Mushaf also went around the Liaquat Gymnasium that is just next to the site of the proposed project of the PSF.
