KARACHI, OCt 31: Pakistan State Oil (PSO) on Thursday again offered the lowest furnace oil prices to Wapda, says a press release.

PSO quoted the price of $15.45 per ton for the tender of 55,000 tons of HSFO (125 cst) for the month of November at Wapda House, Lahore.

For this tender opened on October 31, 2002, only five bids were received. Four, however, were conditional, with the bidders wanting London to be the place for arbitration.
