KARACHI, Oct 22: Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal chief Allama Shah Ahmed Noorani has convened a meeting of the supreme council of the organization in Islamabad for Thursday, which will be attended by heads of the MMA component parties.
Meanwhile, the four-member negotiating team of the MMA is in contact with various political parties to muster support and seek consensus for the MMA nominees for the slot of prime minister as well as speaker of the National Assembly.—APP
