Iqra varsity student gets scholarship

PESHAWAR, Oct 1: A student of Iqra University, Imran Khan, has been awarded scholarship to do BCS at the University of North London, said a press release issued on Tuesday.

Imran Khan along with Aurangzeb, both the students of computer science department of the Iqra University Peshawar campus, was selected among the 200 entries received by the British Council in connection with its design-a-website contest titled “UK-alive with possibilities”.

Both the students got first and second positions respectively and moved to the second phase of the competition on the national level where Imran Khan was adjudged the winner.
