KARACHI: Moin speaks at Air War College


KARACHI, Sept 30: Interior Minister Lt-Gen Moinuddin Haider (retired) delivered a lecture on “Pakistan’s internal security and its impact on defence policy formulation” at the 16th air war course in Air War College, PAF Base, here on Monday.

Moinuddin Haider highlighted the steps taken by the government to curb terrorism, especially those taken after the 9/11 events.

He also outlined regional issues, internal security and stability and its linkage with the making of defence policy.

The 16th air war course was attended by officers of PAF, Army and Navy, besides participants from China, Nigeria, Jordan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Qatar and Egypt.

Commandant of the Air War College, Air Marshal Maqbool Shah, was also present.—PPI
