Petition upheld
QUETTA, Sept 18: A full bench of the Balochistan High Court has upheld the constitutional petition of Aslam Bhootani, a candidate for PB-45, Lasbela-II, against rejection of his nomination papers by an election tribunal.
The high court allowed Mr Bhootani to contest the elections.
He is a former provincial industries minister.
The constituency comprises Hub and Dureji areas of Lasbela district.—SB
