KARACHI, Sept 16: The University of Karachi has announced that the date for submission of registration forms and fees for external candidates of BA/BCom/BOL and BSc annual examination has been further extended up to Sept 23 without late fee.
The students will be charged Rs2200 as registration fee, Rs1100 as examination fee (part-I), Rs1100 for part II and for both parts Rs2200.
Afterwards, the registration forms would be received with a late fee of Rs200 from Sept 24 to 30 and with Rs400 from Oct 1 to 7.
LLM EXAMS: The KU has notified fresh dates for the following papers of LLM previous and final examinations.
The LLM (previous) paper of comparative study of Islamic and western jurisprudence (paper IV) will be held Sept 16, while the paper of human rights (paper III) would be held on 19th.
The LLM final exams of law and taxation (paper VII) will be held on Sept 17, labour law (paper VIII) on 18th, shipping law (paper VI) on 20th, criminology (paper III) on 21st and law of evidence (paper IV) on Sept 23.
There will be, however, no change in time and place of the exams.
HOME ECONOMICS: The university has also notified the changes in the examina-tion dates of the following papers of MSc (Home Economics) previous and final examinations.
The previous statistics computer programming will be held on Sept 23. The papers of MSc (final) food microbiology and quality assurance, education psychology and measurement techniques, arts appreciation and textile designing and printing and economics of Pakistan will be held Sept 25.
The clinical nutrition, development and trends in clothing, guidance and counselling, interior designing and Pakistan family in the present day economy will be held on Sept 28.—PPI/APP
