KARACHI, Sept 5: The Board of Directors of the Hub Power Company Limited (Hubco) has recommended a final dividend of 36 per cent (Rs3.60 per share) for the year ended June 30, 2002.

“The today’s announcement is in addition to 40 per cent interim dividend already paid on April 4 this year,” a company statement said on Thursday.

It said that the Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of 36pc for the year ended June 30, 2002. —APP
