Young girl kidnapped

NAWABSHAH, Aug 25: A young girl was kidnapped by six armed men in Azam Colony, Sakrand on Saturday.

Rubina, 18, daughter of Ismail Nahioon, was kidnapped by six armed men including Ali Nawaz Nahioon, Manthar, Wazir, Saifullah and two unidentified men, from her house in Sakrand.

The police have lodged an FIR but made no arrests till the filing of this report.

Protest: Nawabshah-Sakrand Road was blocked for over two hours the other day by the students of Quaid-i-Awam University of Engineering Sciences and Technology to protest against detention of one of their colleagues by police.
