HYDERABAD, Aug 24: The Awami National Party, Sindh, has rejected the constitutional amendments.
In a statement issued on Saturday, Sindh ANP president Qamoos Gul Khattak said the right to amend the Constitution could neither be given to an individual nor to any institution.
He said following these amendments, the elected parliament and the prime minister could use only those powers for which the approval was given by the president in advance.
