PWF team for Asiad
ISLAMABAD, Aug 21: The Pakistan Weightlifting Federation (PWF) Wednesday announced their team for next month’s Asian Games in Busan, Korea.
Hasan Aslam (94 kg), Tanveer Sultan (62 kg), Muhammad Irfan (69 kg) and Owais Akbar (77 kg) were named to represent the country at the September 29 to October 14 Games with Najamul Hasan being the coach.
Irfan won three silver medals for Pakistan at the recent Commonwealth Games in Manchester.
