KARACHI, Aug 21: A division bench of the High Court of Sindh issued on Wednesday rule nissi ordering production of an alleged detainee, Mohammed Zakir Hussain.
The bench consisted of Justice Mohammed Roshan Essani and Justice Mujeebullah Siddiqui.
The court was hearing a criminal miscellaneous application filed by Ms Noor Jehan, wife of the alleged detainee.—APP
