KARACHI, Aug 20: The registration of private candidates of the Humanities and Commerce groups — including improvement of divisions and additional subjects for appearing at HSC annual examination 2003 — will start from September 16.

According to a notification of the Board of Intermediate Education, registration forms would be accepted till November 30 without a late fee, while with a late fee of Rs 100, Rs 200 and Rs 300, candidates could submit the forms up till January 1, Jan 27 and March 31 respectively.

The forms should be attested by any officer of BPS-17 and above of the education department. All such candidates who have passed their SSC/Matriculation examination from any board other than the Sindh Board are also eligible to apply, provided they produce a service certificate from federal government organizations, the armed forces, semi-government or PRC and domicile certificate.
