KARACHI, Aug 16: The federal government has provided a sum of Rs 382.32 million to WAPDA as a grant for the completion of the electrification process of 890 villages of the province where partial electrification has already begun.
The federal government altogether has released Rs1 billion for the village electrification programme to various provinces on which partial work was already done. There are 1784 such villages in the country.—PPI
