Man, wife killed by tribesmen

KOHAT, Aug 11: A man and his wife were killed by tribesmen from Bara in the name of honour in Darra Adamkhel on Saturday night, police said.

The assassin, belonging to the Afridi tribe of Bara in the Khyber Agency after killing the couple took away the body of the woman with them.

The man, identified as Ehsanullah alias Mastari, had reportedly kidnapped an Afridi girl some years back when he was hiding in the Khyber Agency.

Later, he married her and lived in Darra Adamkhel. He was not allowed by his family to bring the girl to Kohat where he had already a wife and children.
