Enclave elects new president
STEPANKERT, Aug 11: The Caucasian enclave Nagorno-Karabakh, disputed between Armenia and Azerbaijan, elected a new president on Sunday.
A sufficient number of votes had been cast in order to make the polls valid, Interfax news agency reported from the regional capital Stepanakert.—dpa
