Blind cricket trials tomorrow

LAHORE, Aug 6: Trials to select Pakistan blind cricket team for the forthcoming World Cup will be held at the Iqbal Park here on Aug 8 and 9.

The World Cup is scheduled to be held in India in December this year.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan blind cricket team is touring England from Aug 17 to 23 to play a four one-day international matches against the England blind cricket team.

The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council has selected the team for the England tour which will be announced on Aug 10. A training camp for the England touring team will begin at the Iqbal Park from Aug 10.

The team for the World Cup will be announced after the England’s tour.
