KARACHI: Reckless driving claims two lives

KARACHI, Aug 6: Two young men fell victim to reckless driving in the city.

A teenager died in a road accident in Saeedabad. Police said Wajid Awan, aged 18, was knocked down by an unidentified speeding vehicle in sector 9-A of Saeedabad. He was rushed to Civil Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

Police said the vehicle sped away after the accident.

A young man died in a road accident in Baldia Town on late Monday night.

Police said Khalil Haider, aged 20, was run over by a speeding truck near Bismillah chowk.
