Three killed

KHAIRPUR, July 31: A farmer was shot dead by two unidentified persons in the jurisdiction of the Ahmedpur police station on Wednesday.

Deedar Khoso was ploughing his fields when two motorcyclists opened fire and killed him.

COP DIES: A police mobile driver, Gulab Khan Junejo, was killed on Tuesday night in Junejo village, Gambat taluka.

The father of the deceased lodged an FIR with the Ranipur police against Atta Hussain, Jamal, Essa and Khojo.

He said the accused killed his son over a dispute over a piece of agricultural land.

Meanwhile, Panjal Meitlo was killed on Tuesday evening in Meitlo village near the Tando Masti police station.

The brother of the deceased lodged an FIR against 13 men of Korai and Jatoi tribes.
