2 ordinances promulgated
ISLAMABAD, July 20: President Gen Pervez Musharraf on Saturday promulgated Foreign Exchange Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002 to amend the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947.
The ordinance will be called Foreign Exchange Regulation (Amendment) Ordinance 2002 and shall come into force at once.
The president also promulgated the Safeguard Measures Ordinance, 2002, here on Saturday which will come into force at once and extend to the whole of Pakistan.—APP
