HYDERABAD: Boy drowns

HYDERABAD, July 20: Body of a boy, Mohammad Nasiruddin, was fished out from a pool near Al-Manzar on Saturday. The deceased, a resident of Ansari Mohallah, Gaushala, had drowned while swimming on Friday.

Jamshoro police handed over the body to his uncle, M. Imtiaz Ahmed Ansari.

Meanwhile, efforts to fish out body of another boy, who drowned in Lined Channel on Thursday, have not succeeded yet.

REFERENDUM: The Qasimabad Taluka Workers’ Union was elected as the CBA union of the taluka council at the referendum held here the other day.
