Oil prices slightly cut

KARACHI, July 15: The Oil Companies Advisory Committee (OCAC) on Monday has made a marginal decrease in prices of petrol, high octane blending component (HOBC) and high speed diesel (HSD) by six paisa to 12 paisa per litre.

The prices of kerosene, JP-1 and light diesel oil (LDO) have been increased by 14 paisa, 11 paisa and seven paisa per litre respectively.

The new ex-depot fixed sales prices will be effective from July 16 to 31 at 29 designated locations.

OCAC has made no changes in the price of JP-4 and has maintained at Rs15.84 per litre.
