PESHAWAR, July 11: A high-level meeting held at the Governor House here on Wednesday, with governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah in the chair, discussed the progress made towards the implementation of the devolution plan in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata), and decided to expedite the efforts in this connection.

NWFP planning and development minister Farid Rehman, revenue minister Amin Ullah Gandapur, local government minister Ather Minullah, local government secretary Baz Mohammad Khattak, finance secretary Wajid Rana, law secretary Salim Khan, home secretary Javed Iqbal, secretary to governor Sahibzada Mohammad Saeed and additional secretary home Mohammad Manzoor attended the meeting.
