MIRPURKHAS, July 7: A newly-married couple committed suicide in Kolhi Daro, Umerkot town on Saturday night.
Hond Raj, 25, and his wife, Imli, 20, sprinkled kerosene oil on themselves and set themselves on fire.
The cause of suicide is said to be some domestic affair.
DEMAND: The residents of Nishtar Road, Mohajir Colony, and a councillor of union council-2, Mirpurkhas, Mohammad Haneef, have demanded of the district and taluka Nazims to repair the road from Mehar Cinema to Mohajir Colony Chowk.—BoC
