LAHORE, July 6: Ravi Town Nazim and PML-N leader Aftab Asghar Dar was shot dead by two unidentified people in Kaghan at around 11am on Saturday.
Mr Dar had gone to Kaghan with his wife, son and two daughters for a three-day vacation. They were on their way to Naran from Kaghan in their car when two unidentified people stopped them and shot dead Mr Dar. The cause of the murder was not known immediately
Mr Dar was a resident of Mohalla Pir Gilanian in the walled city. His body is expected to be brought back sometime on Sunday.
