FAISALABAD, June 30: Two persons committed suicide by taking poisonous pills here on Sunday.

Munawwar Husain took poison after a quarrel with his family over a domestic dispute in Tandlianwala. He died while being taken to hospital.

Amir Husain of Chak 59-GB took poisonous pills over some financial problems.

FOUR KILLED: Four persons were murdered in separate incidents in different parts of the district on Sunday.

Muhammad Alam, an eyewitness in a murder case, was shot dead allegedly by his rivals Rana Bilal, Gul Sher and their three accomplices in Haiderabad. Nishatabad police have registered a case.

A vendor, Abdul Wakeel, was stabbed to death by one Shahzad in Ali Town over a petty issue.

Salamat Ali, Akram and Fayyaz stabbed to death their neighbour, Nasir Ali, for blocking some part of the street in Chak 388-GB, Samundri.

A 10th class student, Sajjad, was shot dead by unidentified persons in Samundri.

LOOTED: Dacoits made off with cash and three motorcycles from various parts of the city here on Saturday night.

Nasrullah was deprived of motorcycle by two masked dacoits.

Zahid Pervaiz of Ghulam Muhammadabad was robbed of cash and two-wheeler by three armed men.

Three bandits snatched a motorcycle from one Anwar in Chak 217-RB.
