NANKANA SAHIB, June 19: At least 500 Sikh yatrees will arrive in Pakistan on June 21 for a 10-day visit to observe the 162nd death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, the first Sikh ruler of the Punjab.

Talking to APP on Wednesday, a spokesman of Evacuee Trust Punjab Board said the Sikh yatrees would reach Hassan Abdaal on June 21 and leave for Nankana Sahib on June 24.

On June 25, he said the pilgrim would make for Gurdawara Dera Sahib Lahore to attend the anniversary on June 28. They would return home on June 29, the spokesman added.

He said the ETPB had made all the necessary arrangements to facilitate yatrees.—APP
