KARACHI, June 19: The Sindh government has notified that a coordination and administrative committee has been constituted for the Provincial Commission for Child Welfare and Women Development.

The members are Mrs Zeba Bukhari of UNICEF Sindh, Mr Zia Ahmed Awan of LHRLA, Dr Ghaffar Billo, Mrs Perveen Shah of the Women Studies Centre Sindh University, Ms Charmaine Hidayatullah, member NSCW, Ms Nafisa Shah, district Nazim Khairpur, and a representative of the Directorate of Social Welfare and Women Development Sindh.

It has also notified that one representative from the law department, one form the Sindh police, one form the Karachi prison and two children, one girl and one boy, and Ms Faryal Khan will also be the members of the Commission.—PPI
