KARACHI, June 12: The federal communication minister, Lt-Gen Javed Ashraf Kazi, will perform the groundbreaking ceremony of “Reconstruction of Napier Mole Wharf” project at Karachi port on June 14. The project is planned to be completed within 18 months.—APP
